Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to quote and enroll you:

• Where you live — ZIP code and county.
• Who is on the plan — each person's name, date of birth, sex as it appears on their Social Security record, relationship to you, expected income, and employer.
• Social Security numbers for everyone applying. See the section below.
• Health and household details — tobacco use, pregnancy, recent life changes, questions about Medicaid or CHIP and unemployment, and any employer health allowance you are offered.
• How to reach you — name, email, phone, and optionally your street address and city.
• Your care — doctors you want to keep and medications you take.
• Your consents — the exact wording you agreed to, your typed signature, and the date and time.
• How you arrived — campaign tags in the link you clicked, and an advertising click identifier.

This site collects Social Security numbers, and they are required to see prices. The Marketplace uses them to verify identity and income, which is what determines the savings you qualify for.

Your Social Security number is never sent to the plan-pricing service, never written into our logs, and never displayed back to you. It is held in an encrypted cookie in your own browser while you work through the questions, and is passed to our agent management system so the agent can complete your enrollment.

If you would rather not type a Social Security number into a website, you have other options: call us at (865) 290-2256 and give it to a licensed agent over the phone, or apply yourself at HealthCare.gov.

• HealthSherpa, which prices plans and hosts the Marketplace application you complete. Your household details, doctors, and contact information go to them. Your Social Security number does not.
• Our agent management system (GoHighLevel), which holds your contact record, your consents, your medications, and your Social Security number so your agent can help you.
• Meta (Facebook), which receives a signal that a page was viewed so we can measure our advertising. We do not send your name, email, phone, income, health details, doctors, medications, or Social Security number to any advertising platform. Under some state privacy laws this counts as “sharing” your information for targeted advertising.

We do not sell your information.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the advertising pixel at all and we do not store the advertising click identifier. Many browsers and extensions can send this signal for you.

This affects advertising only. HealthSherpa and our agent management system are service providers delivering the service you asked for, and are unaffected.

The answers you type are held in an encrypted cookie in your browser that expires one hour after you last use the site. Your contact record, consents, and enrollment details are retained by the agency as long as needed to service your coverage and to meet insurance record-keeping obligations.

You give two separate permissions on this site: consent to be contacted, and consent for the agent to help with your Marketplace application. We store the exact wording you were shown along with the time you agreed.

You can withdraw either one at any time by calling (865) 290-2256, by emailing rocky.breeden@honornglory.com, or by telling any licensed agent at the agency. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. Withdrawing consent does not cancel coverage already in force.
